and does the neoprene have to fit perfectly inside the pipe

Could you measure the inside of the chamber, and use a compass to trace where it will need to be cut?

does your bike pump leak? cuss i got the bell airstrike pump from walmart i think its the same one u have and it doesnt make a good seal with the schrader valve i cut of from a inner tube so i cant even ge it past like 15 psi unless im on steroids and pump reall really fas and hen quickly detatch it from the valve

If I'm not mistaken he sleeved a PVC pipe into the wye, isolating the lower leg of the connector.

i believe he used a pvc disk as it says above

I cut a slot in the 1.5" pipe and stuck a butchered blowgun in it. Of course I had to seal the bottom leg of the Wye with a PVC disk. Unfortunately the trigger setup is pretty awkward, as you can see, it's up side down and a little low on the handle.
