What type of blowgun are you useing to acctuate the piston, its really nice and I was wondering where you got it?
@jasonmithmyer- Looks like either a tire filler attatchment, or a pistol grip blowgun. Both available at home depot

Haha thanks alot mate. Does anyone have an idea of what I could use to make a new piston? No matter what sorta glue I use, my sealing face keeps on getting ripped off and shot out the barrel I just wanna make my solid rubber piston...Would make everthing alot easier.

Hmm maybe try araldite or maybe try nailing around the perimeter of the sealing face so the nails don't conflict with the seal on the barrel.
Like this picture:
Black is front of the sealing face
Red is the area that will be sealed by the barrel
Gray are the nails, try use thin but big headed nails, or maybe bend them over a bit.

Thats the shit thing about small bore guns. The piston face is too small to nail or bolt the sealing face on. Hmm I'll duck down to my local rubber shop and see what they have. They have some real thick rubber rope that maybe I could use as a piston. If it's not the right fit, I'll just use O-rings. If there is a will there is a way .

Well looks like I found out why the tape plug isn't holding and the barrel keeps on sliding through it. I fill from behind the piston and I reckon that it seals too well. The air isn't equalising past it fast enough as I pump so it acts like a hydrolic ram and just pushes it out of place.
