damn you, (just kidding) i didn't discover the wonders of combo packs until i started going to wallmart for paintballs. oh well, course now im addicted to paintball, got a 700 dollar sniper rifle with a 24" barrel and scope, and a pump shotgun. Life is good, specially when you pay your own way lol.
All I have is a Tippmann 98 Custom, that I saved for for a few months. It's what I use, and I love it, partly because it's so frickin <a href="http://spudshot.com/Forum/viewtopic.php ... >modded.<a>

You know, I’ve never played at a paintball field; I’ve only played with a few friends a couple of times. But since the last few times I played I was invisible, with out a guilli suite, I’ve gotten with in 10 yards of one of my friends that plays at a paintball field and is “supposedly” good, he didn’t see me till I stood up after lighting him up.
But I still don’t know how I’d fare against “professionals”, but I’d still go up against a team with a lot of games under their belts and an air cannon, even with out knowing it’s specs., with just a team of a few of my “un-tried” friends, not the one I lit up, others that have experience in military operations. Heck I’d go up against the “pros” by my self out numbered 5 to 1, I’d lose, but I wouldn’t go down alone. But hey I’m just blowing hot air, I probably wouldn’t last 5 minutes, but its fun to talk… and we’re off subject… big time… my bad…
back on subject, Paaiyan, if you’ve got the time and money, fell free to build my design, just post it on here so I can see how it works, and if it does.

I used to play on fields but i got tired of the basterds resticting what i could and couldn't have on my sniper rifle (it was like they didn't want me to "reach out and touch somebody" lol), so now i play with friends. But yeah way off topic, my bad too.

Actually judgement_arms is on to a fairly decent idea and I'll give him that. Nice work, however size could be a problem. I think that with some revisions you could get somewhere with this though.

why would you want to use CO2? do you even understand that you would have to carry around two parts? that's ridiculous! if anyone here has actually used their guns for a purpose and played paintball that would be the most retarded idea iv ever heard of! I could have easily come up with the "idea" of CO2 but it really is no different from a bike pump, air compressor, or air reserve tank and it is obvious as hell. As for using that in a game, all you'd need was a threaded hook to go into the pinhole. Unscrew it and air would start leaking into th firing chamber.

For the land mine applicatio, instead of using a burst-disc method, perhaps you may want to consider using a heavy duty screen with a punch-pin. Even the thinnest walls of latex or rubber can withstand immense pressure when applied over a supremely strong surface area.
