When loading ammo in a air cannon, does it go all the way or just at the top of the barrel? I ask this because in my combustion, i load the ammo at the end with a up to create more pressure.

BTW, I think I got about 120 PSI with my bike pump. No leaks!

Quick answer:

The ammo should be loaded as close to the valve as possible to allow for maximum acceleration

It goes all the way to the bottom. To achieve this, use a ram rod, or create a breech (look in how-to section, or search if unsure on a breech)

Damn JSR, you beat me!

Use a Finned Nerf Football, they will fit the barrel fairly well.

ok, now lets do the math. Say a nerf foot ball right? Its like 2 ounces right?? I have a 2' barrel, and like a 2' chamber. I use a pump and go to like 90 psi. For example. The chamber is made up of like 3 different parts. 2'' width by 3'' length. Reducer to 1.5 width by 2'' then reducer to a 1 inch. Ball valve. C:B Ratio and the psi equation that means....... :?: :?: :?:  :?

I'm not quite sure what you mean but find GGDT and use it.
