2" Pneumatic blowgun modified sprinkler valve. I'm shooting the plain white one and that's a regular 3x9v battery sprinkler based gun. The orange/green one uses a spring loaded latch based trigger that slams the blowgun button.

I'm certain it does. By pure logic, the blowgun valve opens faster, so pressure release from the from the sprinkler valve happens faster, and so on.
Is it measurable better? Probably not.

Those look like some fun cannons there. It would be nice if we could get a close up view of the critical workings.

Sweet! Would it be possible to switch to a piston valve though? A sprinkler valve is probably restricting the flow a little bit.

Ammo was old and tired apples. Targets were foam core board. Plywood contained the resulting apple sauce.
