hey guys, i have finally acculated enough fittings to make a spare parts gun. its a pretty pathetic pneumatic, but its a fun little plinker. i get it to 150-250 psi, and itll fire a paintball at app. 200 fps. if i had time id invert the bv trigger and make that the "flint" and have it springloaded with a trigger. im leaving for college this week, so this is probably my last cannon (for a while at least.) and i probably wont be on too much anymore.

Nifty little pistol! The spring loaded trigger will be a nice touch.

Is college really that busy that you don't have time to goof off?

Given the choice between spudguns and sex, drugs and rock and roll, most normal people go for the latter

True.
One must set ones goals with available materials (and personnel) in mind.
Nice pistol.

They sell wood and metal flintlock cap guns at some toy stores dirt cheap (10 bucks a pistol,20 a rifle). They are sturdy as hell and quite easy to modify. It could provide a good platform for an aesthetics change (if you desire it).

As long as you can shoot from the hip, it's all good...
Good luck on the flintlock thing....! Good luck in college and all the "challenges" mentioned before.
Check in from time to time!!
