When I was wondering around my house completely bored I found a spices bottle that fit s perfectly in my 1 1/4 inch tee, for my piston gun. What I need to know is will it break under the pressure, and if it would, how could I strengthen it?

Well if you are going to bother with epoxy then just make an epox piston, other wise try filling it with some kind of plastic like hot glue, aceton and foam plastic or shopping bag plastic, I wouldn't bother with expanding form or anything of the like seeing as how it likesto make a huge mess and not go where it should.

I have a nicely fitting aerosol can lid, and was also thinking of just reinforcing it because it's such a great fit. I think I'm going to use expanding foam, and make sure to have a good bumper behind it (more expanding foam?)
Is the bottle glass? If so, don't bother!
@john: you know there is a spell check button, right?

put a picture up for us or a link to what this is just melt a hot glue stick or 2 in it, and use a bumper and you'll be fine.
