Ehh..I've decided to be a bit tougher on cannons.
Performance is probably ehh..and it would be tricky unless you're a lefty.
Though it looks safe, secure and reliable. I bet you have fun with it, so who cares eh?
If you wanted to improve it I'd:
Remove the PVC 'scope' and perhaps make some iron sights (they don't have to be made out of iron). Maybe a lick of paint to make it look all clean?

1. You have to use left hand anyway because u need to hold the gun with you strong arm aka RIGHT.. ... ??
2. why would i need paint to kill birds?
3.why would i need a "IRON SCOPE" on that??

1. I can't see this making enough recoil to jerk your arm much, so you may as well operate the valve with your fastest, strongest hand. Whatever suits you though.
2. Don't discuss hunting here full stop. Aesthetics mainly.
3. "IRON SIGHTS". I can tell you right here right now that a piece of PVC isn't a very good scope. Iron sights is just a general term for two calibrated (or more) pieces of material that are directly above the barrel. You line them up by looking down them to shoot.
Keep this up and it won't get you far.

cool ill try to remember that that
.. but serious its like a little gun who would go to all that trouble of making a good scope and i wouldn't kill an animal it was just saying that i am a animal lover

Ok.
Iron sights are simple to make. Just two pieces of material at either end of the barrel that line up. (height and angle etc)

These are slightly more involved, but the same thing..
clicky
And a more complex pair of sights
Though they could be as simple as you wished.

A spring to open the ballvalve quickly (and a sear to stop it firing prematurely) would be a decent upgrade, and improve velocity and accuracy. Longer barrel perhaps, chamber..whatever you're into
