this is my second Air gun let me know what you think, and any improvements i could give my next one
the Barrel is a .40 cal blow gun with a PVC sleeve to screw into the valve and to make it easyer to detach
the chamber is 30 inches of 1'' PVC with 110 PSI according to GGDT it goes 200-750 FPS depending on the ammo if anyone wants it ill toss up the GDT file
looks like a fun little plinker. very clean, good job.
Improvements? a piston valve would be an improvement on your next one. they are ALOT more powerful.

yea ive seen that one, still a little confused, will probably just go for it and see how it turns out, one thing i really like is my option to take the sprinkler valve apart if i need to, it seems like once you seal up a piston valve its stuck that way

go for it dude, its trial and error and when you nail it you will be as happy as larry, then once you get the concept of building one downpat and it successfully working ,it bet you start to wonder around the house to see what you can turn into a piston valve, atleast thats what i did..

Atempting to come up with a shopping list so i can get all my peices in one trip to the hardware store what do you think i would need, id like to try and stick to the way a sprinkler valve connects a straight through i think a T heres a link that im lookin at http://shop.mccoys.com/Plumbing/Pipe%20 ... 20Fittings
yes epoxy works good and of course pvc and metal can connect together ,just make sure when screwing the fittings together not to cross thread the pvc fittings, use a thin layer of teflon at the bottom of the thread and work your way up making it thicker at the top... 8)

haha thats exactly what i did. my girlfriend thought i was crazy because i was running around the apartment with a tape measure.
I bet that would have been fun to be a fly on the wall. The funny thing is, I can relate. My woman has gotten to the point where she doesn't even ask anymore.
As far as improvements, I've put together some e-books that will be able to help with a lot of general questions. The links can be found in my sig.
