Hello everyone! I am in the middle of making a barrel sealing piston valve cannon and have come to a bit of a bump... I need to find a piston that will fit in a 4in sch80 tee.. I have a circle cutter but it is around -20 outside and the drill press that I am using does not like the cold... Anyone have any ideas? Anything will be appreciated!

Wait for a warmer day...you're not going to be using a pvc canon for a while anyway.

Well, Nothing you can do about mother nature, I'm with the others you should wait for it to get warmer then continue construction. Why not make a smaller metal cannon that you can build and shoot while waiting for it to warm back up? Or you could also get a portable heater and put it next to the Drill Press while it runs.

Yes.
For such a relatively large chamber, the built-up approach is best:
