I dont know about the leak but those pups are hard to pump after 80 psi and they are like 9 dollars so for 14 bucks you can get one that is pimped by foot, or for 15 a little car pump that is attached to the cigarett lighter and pumps automaticaly.

get a tubeless trye valve that definetly wont leak, and try a foot pump or cigarete pump like M3NT4L said. and if it still leaks try a new pressure chamber.

Your problem is that you're using a coke bottle for a pressure tank. If you have the schrader valve though the bottle itself you probably won't ever get a seal, because the plastic is so flexible.

Also bike pumps are next to useless. They are only designed to for maybe 60psi and that's if you find a good one. Try a foot pump they tend to work better and if that doesn't work you might try a 12 volt car air compressor, but I don't recommend them.

I suggest getting a good air compressor or stay with combustion cannons.

All three of you should read Spell Check for Dummies, because none for you can spell worth a [expletive deleted]!

i already have one of those car lighter compressors i juss want the hand pump so it can be part of the gun so i wont have carry around andything else. and theres no leak where i put the valve in the bottle. i kno cuss wen i take the pump off the valve theres no leaking sound and the bottle stays compressed.

um... those racing bike tires are meant to be like 110-120 psi and those fill up with a "bike" pump.

Go ahead, buy a Bell brand bike pump from walmart and tell me if you get more then 30psi.

Yes, SOME bike pumps can produce 120psi but MOST can't, most are designed for everyday bikes, not racing bikes.

Just so you know you can buy hand pumps that put out over 1000psi but that doesn't mean every pump can.

ok sry, every bike pump I have had seemed pretty good well at least the ones that you stand on and push down with your hands. People aren't actually considering pumping up spud guns with 6 inch pumps are they...

Even a foot is pretty damn short, my cheap plastic one is more than 2 feet and like 25 buck (in canada) and it seems to work fine to me.

I agree that there are good bike pumps but I like people to know that they need to watch what they buy. Because there are a lot of cheap pumps that won't make it past 30 psi.

Also some people do use those cheap little bell pumps here is an example.

yeah see, thats no good for a large gun, look at super soakers, they go what 20 feet if you buy a good one.

Ps. and they get hella hard to pump and they still don't go farther than 20 ft

Question: is it ball pump or bell pump and why?

I'm pretty sure it's a "Bell" Brand pump they just spelled it wrong. Bell is just a shitty (yet the most common) brand of bike accessories that is a very good example of why people have to be careful buying bike pumps.

Noname, the chances why hes using a bike pump in the first place is that he doesnt have access to a air compressor. Dah!
