the thing after that is a tank to regulate the amount of air that is is being shot. and the thing after that is a valve i designed p.s it works very fast relese i not sure if it done before

You can edit. So it has a reservoir that holds a few shots worth of air and you fill the second tank and shoot.

it is designed to be a small gun about 40 cm so i cound,t fit a sprinkler valve

ok now i have built it it rocks tank fills 150 psi to 200 and the valve releses great so well humm

Okeydoke, I can see theres a hole in the sprung tube that is moved under the down section of that pipe section leading to the barrel.

I can't see how it gets triggered though.

I'm also wondering how you're getting 150-200 psi of air? Compressed gas bottle?

how is this a basic spud gun design any how i mean it doesn't look too basic to me. theres the little valve thing and then the sprung tube then the down section leading to the barrel. if you want a real basic gun some of the combustion cannons are the way to go. :idea:
