Installing a fan

How should I install this fan that I want? I just want a real simple circut, you know, 2 wires, the fan, a switch, and a battery.

But I want the fan to be kept in at all times. So how would I run the wires through the chamber wall to the battery and switch on the outside?

ps- go with a red fan they look awesome in combustions

Or you could drill holes and fill with epoxy, however I like singularity's idea much better.
