i made a pop bottle combustion and i REALLY DO HATE THEM. it blew up while i was shooting it and left me with a huge scar on my hand the size of a 50 cent pieces had to leave it under ice for 2 1/2 hours plus i got 2nd degree burn :(

Was it really a soda bottle, or was it just a juice/water bottle? I believe that soda bottles (because they have to hold to pressure of carbonation) are rated higher.

also dont use ice to treat a burn it causes swelling. use water slightly colder than room temp. let the water run over the burn for a few minutes. then wrap sterile guaze lightly around it and tape it on with medical tape

it was pop bottle and i am NEVER going to do it again and i dont sugest you build either. Oh but luckey me i wrapped it in duct tape so it broke into one piece.

Heres a couple sites that have info on flybacks and the driver circuits. I'm not sure if the driver is required. But there is a circuit that is supposed to double or triple the voltage from this circuit. Anyways, I would suggest a stun gun. Way safer. You shock yourself with a flyback and you can die, you shock yourself with a stun gun and it may hurt but at least its not lethal.
