nice gun similar to my first model. ya lantern sparkers also known as flint sparkers are very effecient because if you douse the in fuel they dont work also they can run out of flint witch makes replacing a hassle. i would go with a standard BBQ or stun gun

Nice spud-zooka . . . HUGE ! ! Are you going to shoulder fire this beast once you get the new ignition system in? I have a shoulder fired zooka with a dual ignition system running off a piezoelectric (BBQ) igniter. My friends are scared of it. You really have to coax yourself into that first shot but shoulder fireds are fun. Gun looks great, good job man, and welcome to the files.
Well this is my first one, It was actually 3 times that length, but it was to long so I had cut it down, then again to fit in the the back of the truck. Its got some leaks through the ignition hole. Between that and the incossitent igniter, I need to change it. Its really scary and cool in a way cause you dont know if its gonna be a lil or big bang. LOL. After looking at some of the pics I think I am gonna put a pistol style grip and some kind of sling, because I have been firing it from under the arm. I do have some ?'s though, whats a chambber fan? What do you meen mike buy dual igntion? I dont think Im getting enough spark to ignite all the propelant. HOw does the stun gun work? Are they the best way to go?
Here is a basic diagram for a dual wiring setup. It's really easy. You first need to get your screws drilled into your combustion chamber, you can find lots of pics of chambers to see how they should be. From there you need to connect your wires. Run the first wire from the bottom electrode to the first screw. The spark jumps gap1 to the second screw. Run another wire from screw 2 to screw 3. The spark jumps the second gap from 3 to screw 4. Finally run another wire back to the side eledtrode on the BBQ igniter. Thats the basics of it. you can replace the bbq igniter with a stungun or even add more gaps if you like. Hope this helps.

Or you can make a three-spark one, like I use. The gaps have to be smaller, but it works a lot better than one spark, or two. I used copper wire. Pretty durable and is a great conducter (sp).
