Oh it is indeed vaporised metal, the system is competely incapable of producing an arc, but if you just had screws that were not entirely tightened in, then you could just give a slight adjustment after a while, since it is not a fast degredation.
I was actually thinking the best method for ignition would be one fixed screw, and one mechanically operated to be pushed into it, that would eliminate that problem altogether, if you could find a way to do that.

hehe im not sure that crank thing would work sticky, the force of the "crank" would probably just want to push the piezo away. but a good concept none the less. i had that idea before.
well if its capable of killing you i think its worth its own postfor sure man, I don't know if the sound will come through right, but trust me, its massive (also quite capable of killing me)
