Easiest way to attach a propane tank

I am going to be adding propane to my new launcher soon, and I was wondering what everybody uses to attach the propane tank to the hose. Is it ok to just hose-clamp a hose right onto the bernz-o-matic meter, or do you have to thread it first? What does everyone use on theirs?

if u can clamp it where there is no leaks then that should do, a hose barb is preferred but not a necessity if the hose fits tight enough over the pipe. the brass piece in the link in the post above is handy but you need a valve to go with it.
i have pressure tested a full 1 pound bottle before and it was 150psi. of course the pressure is much less coming out the end of a bernz torch.

nope link works great and if you are just going to clamp it on you should cut the end off that has the micro hole in it so the flow wont be restricted.
