I am trying to get my hands on some Clear PolyCarb piping, and my local store only sells it in 3"x8' lengths. I would probably only use at max 2' of it. Is there anyone who would like to split it with me? It will probably end up costing about $10-$15 per foot plus shipping, but I'm not sure exactly.
I have not committed to buying it yet, but I would like to see how much interest there is in it, so I can see if it is worth my purchase.
Edit: Woot Woot! I just hit sergeant!

How thick would the wall be? If Novacastrian put a nail through the 12mm stuff
here would it be that safe?
on second thoughts it probably would be safe considering he shot it out of a combustion which would give it more power. the actual combustion its self didnt do that damage the ammo did.

If I were you, I would just buy a
clear combustion chamber from Sgort's Lauchpotaoes.com. You would save a lot of money, and it comes pre-cut to 12".

not really, it costs me about $10-$15 a foot, and he charges $30 per foot... I dont think that Sgort would save me any money, especially after I pay for shipping.

Yes it would be plenty safe. I would use 3mm wall thickness- I have in the past made chambers from Acrylic, so Poly-Carb will be fine.

That could be rather dangerous. Acrylic is 40 times tougher than glass but when it shatters it does so like glass in very sharp pieces.
The chambers that i have made out of Acrylic are small ones.
Use if if you want but be warned- it can crack without notice and the next time you fire you may lose an eye.
