Hi guys,

I dunno if you guys have seen this thing, but its a plastic aerosol container that you can fill with cooking oils and such (or something flammable?? ) pump up and sprays it as a fine mist. Its prolly been around for awhile, since i found it in the back of a cupboard in the kitchen. Mom gave me the ok to use it, since its not powerful enough to spray cooking oil (go figure  ). Right now its kinda gunked up with old oil, so im lettin it soak in soap for the night and i'll try it tomorrow with some rubbing alcohol. It might be good since it atomizes water really well, we'll see i guess.
Any comments on these things?

Metal refillable spray cans can be bought at Harbor Freight. They have shrader valves on them so you can use a air compressor to pressurize them. They spray about anything.

JUst use a spray bottle, by the sounds of it much cheaper as well.

I use one for spreading weed killer... Yeah, it works pretty well but the atomization on mine isn't really all that great.

maybe I got you guys thinking of the wrong thing..maybe, here a pic of what it looks like:

Right now im using a spritzer with 99%rubbing alcohol, from a christmas tree smelling thing and it works ok.. i thought that this atomizing the fuel better would possibly would make for a better combustion and maybe a better shot.

Thanks for the replies!

In Order from top of the pic to the bottom...
-The red dome part and the grey cylinder,below/ in the middle of, the red dome is the pump. That whole unit comes off.
-The white part is the nozzle like a spray paint can would have.
-The blue part is the check valve setup.
(The grey cylinder in the middle of the red dome fits over the blue part.)
-The larger grey part that surrounds the blue part is where the liquid is held.
-The light blue line coming down from the darker blue part is the straw to pick up the liquid.

If you want to see pic of the one I have ill post some for better understanding :D
