Nicely done, one small thing unrelated to your launcher though, perhaps resizing your pictures would make them a bit more forum friendly

Sorry about that. I usually set my camera to a lower resolution when I plan on posting the pictures somewhere but it went over my head. I might manually do that later though.

While you're at it, since your launcher is clearly capable of wreaking havoc, damage videos are always appreciated

When you say 200v stun gun, do you really mean 200,000v?

Yea that's what I meant. Thanks for pointing it out.

Haha, just making sure. Because 200v would make for a very very small spark.

You can take hi-res pictures with your camera, just resize them with one of the many photo tools that are available, then post the resized, smaller pictures.
Looks solid but a good bit utilitarian. I assume you are opening the rear cap to air out the chamebr after each shot. You could easy install a pvc ball valve here to more easily perform that function.
Not a bad effort though. Welcome to Spudfiles!

If you don't have a decent photo editor, The Gimp is free. If you use it, it uses the term "Scale" instead of re-size.
Supported Platforms
GNU/Linux (i386, PPC)
Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista)
Mac OS X
Sun OpenSolaris
FreeBSD
http://www.gimp.org/features/
Again, welcome to spudfiles!

Very nice job on the cannon. One small thing, but it would look a lot nicer if you hid those wires coming from the conduit box. You could use some flextube or even air hose to do it.
As for the pictures, if you post them using the Spudfiles uploader, it will automatically resize them server-side into a thumbnail, which will speed up this page's loading time.

Ok, Re sized all photos to 30% width and length so loading time should no longer be a problem.
Thanks for the comments! I may cover the wires soon also.

Mmm loads nicely now.
Lovely cannon! I don't think the wires look bad at all either.
What kind of endcap is it? It looks as thought it should be female, but I see female threads on the chamber. Do you have a closeup pic ?

It's a flush male clean out cap.
I think it looks nicer off so I took the pvc holder off the propane. I'll get a picture of how it is now soon.

Just made 1" and 2" barrels for it. I'll probably be screwing around with it some tomarrow. Got some of these old marbles that'll fit very nicely in the 1" barrel so I might do some damage shots with them. If you have any ideas as far as ammo/what to hit for some cool damage shots let me know.
