combustion GB launcher based on the 415. Check out the custom flange to help support the schedule 80 /SDR-21/ chamber intersection. The Chamber was shortened and overall CB ratio is 1.25 to 1. Barrel measures 60". Normal Sureshot goodies. We will be making UHMW rounds for this model too.
As always damage videos to ensue.

Interesting solution for a golf ball setup. I've been giving that a lot of thought on how to best accomplish that using the Sureshot parts and materials...looks like you guys a step ahead of me...

It does not show in these shots, the muzzle end looks like a heavy sniper barrel. Maybe the barrel should have flutes?

Nice Job. Maybe you should sell the flanges online. They look great.

I really think your work is amazing, but I think that maybe you should start considering selling and manufacturing pneumatics and possibly hybrids. You could probably easily make high quality pneumatics and hybrids because of your much lusted after machine shop access.

Yes, we will be adding a BL-417 kit and flange shortly.

Yes, we are heading that route. We have a pneumatic prototype nearly finished... will post soon.
Looks great, might look even better with a muzzle brake...

We just got done with these, they ship on our BL-520 now (also will retail separately for $35 on the web site) ... Since these are for a 2" It would not truly function as a brake. Maybe it needs a sniper rifle style brake and Flutes as USGF states.
Have you seen the Steyr airstripper? It would look awesome made for a 2" barrel. Made with two flutes on top, it should give at least some "compensator" type effect.
Did I mention it looks "bad ass"?

Bad Ass doesn't even come close..... I like it.
BTW the muzzle breaks look really nice. Clean and with the flat military paint look. They will be great.
