This is my new combustion gun that i am planning to build i just want to see what people think of it any tips or hints would be highly appreciated.

I don't see anything wrong with it. However I would place the spark gap in the middle, possibly add more gaps too. You can do better for a 1.5in barrel. Look at my "Sarge". It has a 4in chamber that is 5 feet long

More sparks would be good, especially considering the chamber's shape.
The fan probably needs to be nearer the cleanout:
1. That's the easiest place to install it and
2. The easiest if you ever have to replace it.
3. The fan won't survive for long if it is anywhere other than the end of the chamber away from the barrel.
Mixing may be slow, even with the fan.
