Question on consistency

hey guys, just a question about venting the combustion chamber. Lets just say that I had a small chamber before the combustion chamber, this chamber would allow the fuel (propane or butane), to expand, then compressed air is allowed to shoot into this chamber, and push the fuel/air mixture into the combustion chamber ready to fire.

Would this be allow for any consistency when firing many rounds at a high rate or would the combustion chamber still need to be vented, even though the fuel and air are both being added to the chamber?

If you measure it for 10% oxygen with a 1bar charge, because the leftover 'air' is without oxygen, then a rapid fire might be achievable. Just set it up to compensate for the leftover useless stuff.
