How Do You Calculate PSI In Propane

I'm looking to get a 4% propane mix in the chamber (which I heard was best, correct me if I am wrong). I'm guessing its some calculation using volume of the fuel metering chamber and the combustion chamber, but I wasn't able to find anything anywhere so I'm asking you. Also, say I had a small setup and the required fuel psi would force the hose off the barb or something. In that case how would i split the propane up into 2 doses. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

You can also calculate it yourself if you go to the Hybrid Discussion Section and click on the sticky HYBRID FUELING 101.
