Yeah the reg on ultimate spud gun is great. Do you mean one for a cannon or one to fill a small tank with a big tank? I'm guessing the first but couldn't really understand your wording...

You mean the regulator on the blowtorch? I haven't seen them sold separate except for a few spudgun stores online but here in New Zealand I have to buy the propane bottle with the torch just to use the regulator adapter.

Due to DOT regulations, single use disposable cylinders may not be transported on the public highway if they are refilled. They have no overfill protection. For this reason, finding a refill adaptor can be very difficult. Filling from a BBQ tank with the new OPD valve will prevent their use. You will need to fill from a tank designed to deliver liquid such as a forklift tank instead of a BBQ tank.
I hate to be all doom an gloom, but the pratice is highly discouraged for safety reasons.

I think ace hardware, tractor supply, and harbor freight sell the adapters.
as far as getting liquid out goes, freeze the little tank, let the big tank get warm-ish, and flip the big tank upside down before you attempt to fill.
yes, that is rather unsafe...

Some of the newer OPD valves prevent this. They won't dispense inverted. It prevents a frozen regulator and ball of fire if the tank gets knocked over. Test to see if your tank will dispense liquid inverted before spending money on an adaptor.
