Hi! just found my old spray and pray spudgun, its like 4 years old but it has been on my warm workshop so i think its still safe to use

no im intended to do a portable fuel meter to it, im going to use butane with it. I once saw that someone used 3/2 way valve on his fuel meter, and i thought it would be nice too.

Could this be suitable for my project? so when i push the button the butane runs into the chamber, and when i release it the meter would fill up again

It looks like a direct acting valve and it has all 3 ports threaded... that means it is universal so it can be either normally open or normally closed depending which port you use
so yeah, it seems it should be ok
