My Spudgun Design

Ok, so I have a design for a spudgun (Based off of the Green Hornet on advanced spuds) that I have been using here for a while. I was wondering what I could do to make this idea better? Its a pretty basic gun but has minor mods!

(The gun from barrel to chamber is listed below)

4'6" of 1 1/2" Sch 40 PVC (Barrel)
1 1/2" Union
3" of 1 1/2" Sch 40 PVC
3" to 1/2" Converter
8 1/1" of 3" Sch 40 PVC (Chamber)
4" to 3" Converter
4" Cleanout
4" Plug

The reason i used the 3" to 4" design is so i can have a bigger chamber without using more pipe... also so when i install my ignition i can have it inbedded in a way... i drill a hole in the 3" to 4" reducer then glue it to the cleanout and from there drill my actual ignition holes in the middle of the original hole!

The Ratio of the gun is about .8 to 1 but i was mostly wondering about design flaws!

If you need a visual here is one! This is almost what it looks like! but obviously way cooler! lol

should work. It's pretty much a basic combustion with a union on the barrel. Is that for burst discs?
