I love watching the bright blue and orange muzzle flash at night with my combustion. Whats the longest flame you have ever gotten out of your barrel at night? Please post pics if you can .

with my mini pill bottle gun, i got a flash of 4-6 in., until it broke.

and with my pringles can-baseball rocket, about 6-10 inches.

I have a gun that I made before I knew anything about C:B ratios. It is a 2" chamber around 2' long, with a 1" barrel around 2' long. I can get a huge flame out of it using hairspray.

I have never even seen a muzzle flash out of mine. Even at night.

i was joking, too, that's why i put the laughing guy.

and if you are asking about my gun, it is 3 in. diameter for barrel and chamber and 10.5 in. chamber length with 8.5 in. barrel length

I meant Prof's so we could see what his ratio is.

Yeah... at a .8:1 ratio on one of my old guns all I saw were a few sparks from the end of the barrel at night, (probably small potato bits).

When I over filles my ghetto gun with propane i could get a rocket liek flame about 1 foot.

I have a 1 foot 4 inch chamber and a 5 foot 1 1/4 inch barrel. I use hair spray but I have never seen a flash. I might have to little amount of fuel. I use about 1 second but it still goes like 200 yards.
