This is my first cannon It was thrown together for the contest, (IE: the electrical tape) but I will make it better later. the whole gun is made from sch-40 nsf-pw pressure rated solid core pvc. The cannon is an over/under configuration.

The chamber Is 4" x 19 3/4" long the berral Is 2" x 50" long. This has a stun gun Ignition, 80 mm chamber fan, the screws that were used for the fan and ignition system are all brass nutted screws with rubber washers and regular brass washers the rubber washers help seal so there are no leaks.

The ignition screws are in the middle of the cannon Thanks Chaos. I have a remote ignition for it. The trigger box isn't fully done but it works the little black button controls the fan and the purple one is the ignition switch. The switch on top is an arm switch for the fan and I'll add another for the stun gun. The cannon has two safety's on it pull pin and the power switch all still working including the discharge button work's as well.

The cannon can be fired by remote or from the gun itself the battery in the trigger box controls the fan only because the stun gun is rechargable. I have shot it but don't have a camcorder to get a video but this thing kick's like a goverment mule. I hope you all like it and yes that black stuff is electical tape, for now though this will have to do. I also use culking tube's, slugged golf balls and those little nerf footballs.

C:B Ratio is a about 1.5:1
Muzzle volocity is about 400 fps Just a guess though could be more due to the Recoil it has.
Chamber volume 247.94cu in
Barrel volume 164.87cu in
Metering Pipe is 9" long 3/4" black pipe regulated at 37 PSI which is a 5% Propellent Ratio

Edit: I fixed the pictures hope this is better to look at at least you can see them LOL :) if you have any ?'s Pleas do ask :)

The trigger box is a lazer tag pistol grip screwed to the bottom of a project box I thought that idea up one night. I dont know if the stun gun can handle the way I got it set up though it makes a high piched noise when it sparks but the noise is coming from the gun itself. I'll try later today to make the pic's bigger sorry I used my camera phone to take the pic's

Update on the trigger box: The trigger box is now complete, I had to move the buttons from the pistol grip to the top of box. The stun gun is powered from the trigger box only not the stun gun no more,

I gutted it to work with just the trigger box only. My cannon can only be shot at a distance as a safety precaution, plus it makes it look more technical but here are pictures of the complete trigger box.

The back of the trigger box were the wire's were are no longer there, as you can see the network plug is surface mounted and there is a power plug for the battery which is a 12 volt power wheels battery that plugs in to the power plug. any more ?'s please ask.
