Ugh. All I have to do is make that stinking muzzle knife and cement my gun together..... and my only file is basically a tubular cheese-grater.... Ugh. Any ideas?

You could glue some heavy sand paper around a piece of dowel rod or something.

well, That Could work, but I was hoping for an idea for a QUICKER way to make one..... BTW, that piston hybrid is AWESOME! But thanks for the idea for a file.

just tape some sand paper to the floor and scrape the pipe on it. it took me like 5 minutes. btw i also love the piston hybrid _fnord. Why dont you post it?

5 minutes? I commend you. I'll have to try that..... Does it make an even knife? Just wondering, my old file (it was really good) was difficult to get an even job with around the outside of the pipe.

if your careful, it'l be even. the only problem is that you cant get and inner taper on the pipe.

A very easy method is to find some medium grit pavement :D and drag the barrel behind you while applying pressure and rotating it at the same time.

LoL! I didn't know they made medium-grit pavement. :P Well, I'm going to saw off the cheese-grader grade job I've done already and try the sandpaper-on-floor technique.

Any more Ideas are still welcome.

You could always buy a good rasp.

Maybe a lawn egder and a big clamp?

If you have a smaller barrel you could attack it with a dremel, or tapesandpaper to a drill.

A rasp would be good eventually, as noname said. But, what I have done before is to use a utility knife. Whittle it down and it doesn't take too long to smooth it out with paper.
