I'm not accusing you of trying to mislead people, but I wanted to enquire further... because if supersonic is possible at those sort of pressures, I might be able to achieve it myself...
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?

Looks VERY familiar :D
Damn good machinist the guy who made that chamber i would say
Looks like it would pack a decent punch too!

P.S. My digicam is a Kodak C513 Benji, 5 Megapixels of pure power
I can take a whole 7 secs of video on the internal memory... needless to say i need an SD card!
Should have a short vid of the Bruiser blowing a hole through something up this afternoon. What should i shoot JSR? Im thinking 10mm Acrylic so you can see it shatter.

P.P.S Welcome to spudfiles Benji :)

Edit: Evbec predicts 827 fps and 152 ftlbs at a 7x mix with a 3.5grm projectile. (for the bruiser not this combustion!)

This is all I have to say: That gun alone has convinced me to stop listening to my parents and build a hybrid. That is a beautiful piece of work that rivals JSR's 6mm burst disk gun in terms of sheer awesomeness. Keep up the good work, and we await your videos!!!!! :P :P

Video time! And does that suck about the 7 second recording...Ohh well now to spend another $20 on a SD card.

Make sure you provide some protection for your camera, you don't want to screw it from fragments of acrylic.

I like! When those pieces of plastic go flying it reminds me of Pasion Pop for some unkown reason. You should get those videos and edit them into one.Easily done with windows movie maker.

When you get the SD card could you make a whole vid of fueling and close ups of the whole launcher followed by mass destruction, ohh and that $99 camera has alright video quality for the price!

Finally, some action :D

might I suggest for future vids to set up the camera close to the target (within a suitably protected box, of course) similar to what I did here - that way you have it steady and you get a close up view of the penetration (spudgun pr0n lolol!)
