Semi final stainless steel gun

Harness the power of precision mixtures of pressurized flammable vapor. Safety first! These are advanced potato guns - not for the beginner.

Almost finished gun. It fires on ox. and propane. I will post more pictures in the album soon. Shoots through 1/2" plywood with a potato slug from 40 feet. Barrel is 1-1/2 stainless steel.

What grade stainless is it? And is it welded together or bolted? And did you do any lathe work for this?

It being made of steel, you should convert to a hybrid and fire some horrifyingly damaging shots. With a cannon as beautiful as this, I'm assuming it took a lot of time to construct. Why not go for pure, raw power?

(if you do, post damage pics. The guys here tend to love destructed things.)

Actually it is a hybrid. 12 lbs. ox and 12lbs propane. Fires every time without purging the chamber. The silly thing is loud also. I have to run now. I will try to post the pictures in the album tomorrow. Thanks for all the nice comments.

Impressive as ever, love the way you jazzed up the scope to fit the general shiny theme - now for some damage videos :)
