Looks very good.
I'm going to take a guess on how it works. The BB's feed just like a regular vortex but the barrels rotate to line up with the outlet and when it does it fires a BB.Is that principle? If so it sounds like a very reliable system, unless a deformed BB gets lodged in the barrel. But none the less very good job.
Now if I could just find the time to build a vortex

6xBarrels are fake. They just spin and make some noise. For visual and sound effect only.
Single firing barrel is in the center of 6xbarrels block. Barrels spin around it.
It painted black, so hard to see.
FPS is around 500 f/s (100 PSI)
RPS ~120 BBs/s
Weight - 7kg without BBs.

Ah, I was assuming it was more sophisticated - still, that doesn't detract from its merit, and indeed you're probably getting better performance by using a single barrel anyway.

Amazing gun! Does the sprinkler valve do the same thing a blowgun does in a normal strafer?

That looks like it is Piper's <a href="http://www.pipersprecisionproducts.com/ ... minigun</a>. At my first glance, it appears that the two are identical... did you buy or build this? If you did actually build this, then congratulations! It is truly a work of spudgunning art.clide wrote:Wow, awesome job. Looks as good as Piper's minigun, looking forward to the video.
There's visible differences, lik you can tell the body of this gun was made from PVC (you can see and end cap and what looks like a female adapter). Great job, again, and making someone think it's identical to a gun that sells for thousands of dollars proves it!
I thought it was the same too, and 5 months is a lot of time but seems worth it, cant wait for damage pics and a video, great for a first post. you must have just joined to show that off right, but keep up the good work.

i think you could make this thing fire from the rotating barrels..........
it would require some careful sealing, lots of lube, but im sure it could be done, and it would give a heck of alot more power due to the higher constant pressure inside the gun..........
