Next time, do some research. A vortex block sucks the BBs out the barrel. There is more pressure inside the chamber than outside. Of course it's possible to build a BB gun without a vortex block or a cloud type.
because im am going to try and make a bb gun using somthing like this as the souce of presure http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Pump-Carbon-Whit ... dZViewItem
so i dont want a cloud because iits not very air efficient and i have heard that vortexs are

vortex's are what? let me finish the sentence for you ... Frickin' Awesome. co2 cartidges won't last that long on a vortex. It is a good idea (portability) but expensive.
That air source, I'm sorry to say, will most likely not work at all. You will need a trigger imbetween that setup and the gun, thats the easy part, then you need a regulator. Then you need a gun. I would buy a Co2 tank, maybe 20oz paintball tank. Get a regulator from a site I'm not aloud to link to from here, but if you pm me i might be able to. It will last much longer in a bbmg. The one you have shown might last 5 seconds.
I wish I had a better signature...

The co2 adapters actually have a trigger on them so it actually works out pretty well. I don't think it needs to be regulated because schrader valves don't have much airflow so the pressure inside the chamber doesn't get very high. Again though, it's not going to last very long.

Very clean looking. The integrated trigger is a good addition to the design.
since co2's have like 800 psi maybe you just skip the compressor, and buy that co2 valve hook up thing from bcarms.com. With that much psi you could make it portable. But you might run the risk or the tank exploding and cracking because of the cold right
