I would suggest then doing the B mag style shown in the diagram below.
Your end result would look like this...
without the g36 rail of course... then again you could always do the 636 mod too.
If you need any help on making one, im here to help.
Also here is a good place to start... The wiki that shows my design and others.

The Vortex cap is my design if you get confused.

yea after i saw those pics i thought " theres my next mag system. it seems way easier than the one im using now. i think my mag is more like a cloud with a removable chamber, how difficult is it to make a vortex cap, or even a regular vortex block? because there is a airsoft shop near where i live and the guy trows away all his stock parts (bodies barrels ect ) and i was also thinking about puting something like this into an airsoft gun.

Im confused?,with this" Vortex Cup"design wouldn't the bbs fill the endcap up completely/reasonably tightly too(especially if using a spring/plunger) and jam up the gun as the bbs would not be unable to agitate in the encap?? or am I missing something here?(HELP).

the vortex cap is not a "cup" but anyways.. the bb's actually dont jam.. maybe if this design was a 2 inch pipe it would jam but with the 3/4 pipe connected to the 3/4 cap there is not enough volume of bb's to get stuck. If you go any bigger than 1 inch the cap design wont work because you will have more than 2-3 bbs in the way of the airflow.
If you went with any greater than a 1" cap there would be too many bbs in the way for it to agitate. The vortex cap design is for smaller guns though so you wouldnt be going larger than a 1 inch cap anyways. If you wanna go any bigger than 1 inch chances are its not going to fit inside of a smaller gun.
No matter how rich you become, how famous or powerful, when you die the size of your funeral will still pretty much depend on the weather.

I see,I was considering giving this design a go but plan on using .177 steel bbs not Airsoft bbs but I wonder if I will encounter probs?(jamming) as they are heavier than the airsoft bb's that you use in your gun.Just going by experience's ive had with jamming on My Cloud Pistol(if too full) and my vortex rifle(if shrouds not a right height) which is why I was thinking this design might jam up?...........

I dont beleive it will jam up on you either... the whole concept behind my design is that since it is small there are only 3 or so bb's or pellets blocking the way of the airflow... as long as you are running 60PSI and up you should be fine...
So yeah use this design.... it ROCKS! <--I have to say that... its my design... haha
but seriously the design is good... are you going to be using a pin like we did so the bb's dont come out with multiple magazines? If you need help with that just let me know.

wow. after taking a several month long break from spuddin for winter, i came back ready to start building airsoft guns...
well this gun is the gun of guns... holy sh!t this thing is awesome>
great job guys> question_ when you ram the mag in, how do you prevent that piece of PVC from blocking the barrel? is it set so it doesn't go al the way into the vortex cap?
thanks,

Thank you so much for the support. Caps are kinda tighter the farther you go down and therefore as long as you have your hole towards the end of the cap you wouldn't jam the clip that far up. The same deal with couplings take a piece of pipe and stick it in a coupling untill its snug... you will notice there is a .5cm to 1cm gap between the end of the pipe and the coupling's catch.
If you arnt comfortable with the "snug" fit you can always have the magazine thread into a coupling which is connected to a cap (I dont recommend it though.)
so yeah make yourself one! they are easy to make and it would be nice to see another look-a-like gun out there!

and then with the whole pin remover thing, how do you make that airtight again? because it would seem when you pull it out you have that little slot that air can escape out of, but is it far enough up and away from the airflow that it does not matter?
Thanks, i'm probably going to build this same design- the vortex cap is much simpler than making a block

as long as the hole size is very close to the pin diameter then you will be fine.
Note: you don't have to have a pin for a vortex cap... but if you want separate magazines then obviously you would want one.
What gun are you thinking about making?
If you want a cheap base for a gun, I would suggest going here:

If you sort the guns by price ascending you can get some really good deals.

well actually my original idea which i had drawn up was a P-90 with the same removable mag system as yours, only as an inline vortex. i would have made the body out of bondo or something, but now that i've seen this i will just use an airsoft gun body.
i was also thinking about a FAMAS, maybe MP5
making a test of your vortex cap right now..
but how does one pin block bb's from falling- wouldn't you need a flat piece of something to block them all? if thats right, then how would you make that open slot airtight when the thingy is pulled out??
do you get what i'm saying??
thanks
