So i've been getting my feet wet in the area of bbmg's (gotta start somewhere right?). I had some free time the other day, and i decided to make a 6mm ghetto cloud, out of a soda bottle and a pen tube.
Even though it's a piece of crap, and wasn't very useful, the rate of fire impressed me quite a bit, even for a cloud made of a soda bottle.
So i decided to make a slightly better model using pvc and pen tube.
all it is, is just a 1-1/2'' plug, 1-1/2'' coupler, 1-1/2'' to 1-1/4'' reducer bushing, and 1-1/4'' threaded plug.
The pen tube is held in place by friction and the 1-1/4'' threaded plug has a small spring and plunger on it.
Because this thing is so small, it has a small bb capacity, but boy does it shoot fast. It's quite a bit of fun to shoot, so i think i will be making larger scaled up versions sometime soon.
My first clouds.

Well, it was a lot better than my first bbmg attempt lol. Mine was 3" pvc. WAYY TOO BIG. And the barrel was crooked. And in the wrong spot. It was bad. Congrats. BBMG's are always fun, no matter what.

Well what the plunger does in a cloud like it does in a vortex block is that it helps feed the ammo into the barrel.lambey108 wrote:hay mate nice effort
im kinda new to the whole cloud gun thingi understand the basic principles of a cloud gun but i dont understand how and wat the plunger at the back dose
thanks
Like it's hard to shoot the last few rounds, the plunger decreases the volume in the chamber making it easier to fire the final shots.
It's Nerf or Nothing.
Don't start crying when I play this as my hobby, Paintball, Airsoft and Nerf are equally good hobbies, except you can play Nerf in public. Good day! Hmph!
