It could be any manner of ignition sources, remember in a pressurised oxygen environment most things - even those not normally flammable - are incredibly flammable, so even striking the container against something might provoke a disaster.Would the adibatic heating from the gases compressing between the pellet and valve cause that? Including the steel oxidising rapidly and lubricant igniting naturally.
