Have you tried playing with the flow?

I tried opening the popoff alot and keeping it closed at could go along with messig with the needle valve wich is VERY sensative .-.

The only thing I can think of that would fix this is making the needle valve opening so minuscule that air just seeps by. This will make for a lower ROF but better efficiency. Play with the flow until its as low as you can get it. The needle valve may be sensitive but that doesn't mean you can't adjust it accurately. Try extending the handle for more precise adjustments, and once it's adjusted maybe you could lock it in place or make a guard so that it can't be accidentally moved.

That isnt bothering me realy right now ... Its the amount of gas spraayed out of the popoff for a waste of my gas :,(

That's exactly the problem I addressed in my last post.
Try my suggestion, then come back and share what happened.

If you directly connected the output of the popoff to the barrel (epoxy would be your friend in doing this) , it would 'vent' all of the gas from the pop-off to the barrel, so essentially all the gas is used, it's a long shot, but it might work better than trying to reduce the amount of gas 'wasted' from the pop off.

Good point cammy, but the gun can still be made more powerful by tweaking the flow. In the end, with a a properly tuned system, redirecting the pilot exhaust to the barrel should barely have any effect on the performance of the gun because optimally the QEV should be very powerful on its own.
