That's bloody steep for Gamo, I think they go for about $8-10 a tin here, but my LGS is good.
So do you want a 3/8 thread press fit onto the barrel too? I can also fit other threads too, just let me know.
Walther CP99,low power,new internal pics page 3
The more I think about it the more I think its too much messing about trying to get a custom made longer barrel onboard.
I need to get someone in the U.S to buy the Walther CP99 Recon model's plastic Outer barrel and steel inner barrel and send it over to me as Umarex U.S wont send overseas.......

heres the link to Umarex http://www.umarexusa.com/Profile/Produc ... aspx?FID=1Zeus wrote:I'll talk to my mate, see what I can do. Have you got a link?
Their after sales service is pathetic, reading on other forums many say the same = they are pretty unwilling to help most with any spare parts, some of their Umarex/ Walther guns you cant get any spares for!!.
I'll never buy a walther again, unless someone in the U.S can get the parts then send them to OZ I have no chance as I just can not find anywhere else that sells spares apart from Umarex U.S!??.
hey can you post up a pic of the slide stopper , pretty much a pic of the gun disaasembled with all the parts shown, im having a problem with my slide stopper not catching the slide when cocked. i only see a small spring on the end of the slide stopper which is holding it downwards not upwards ?
DON'T WORRY ABOUT THIS!
After 500 shoots with Walther CP99 - problems solves by itself. Gun needs time to loosen the valve. When it is new - the valve open for too short time and no enough pressure to force BB steels. Your AIMING must be HIGH from TARGET then - may be even LEFT or RIGHT. I tell you DON"T WORRY.
Look this problem from the good side. May be you know that with PISTOL your aiming must be REAR = FRONT SIGHTS (the same level). Because of this NEW Walther "defects" I teach myself to shoot with different level on rear and front sights. When I go to shooting range to shoot with REAL GUN - amazed my instructor - I made 4 inch center of target of nothing - from distance 25 meters. They were in shock.

I sent the gun to a mate over the other side of Australia to see if he can get it working right?. I tried everything and gave up on it so let someone else have a crack at it.
EnchevEG: I suspect you are talking about the larger CP99 ,mine is the CP99 COMPACT, though the fix to the problem of shooting 500 rounds and it settles in: Ive never heard of this with a Co2 gun!??

I have the Compact CP99, and when I was disassembling it a part came out and I have not been able to figure out where it went. I had an issue with the metal ring around the back of the part in the third and fourth photo you posted, it jammed and would not let the gun cock, so I had to tear it down, going to see if I can't get a replacement ring or that whole piece, if you can help me out I wouldn't have any issues ordering the part you need and shipping it to you, as I am in the US.

I don't know what ring your talking about??, you mean that really, really thin Wire Ring that goes in the Groove at the back of the Valve??.I never bothered putting that ring back in,I don't understand what it does?,seemed like some sort of retaining ring for the back of the valve. But when you look at it closely ,to me looked to have no function?
They are a fliddly bastard of a gun to get back together, and theres not one disassembly guide on the net ANYWHERE! so I had to figure it all out myself. Mine was sent over east for a friend to try get it sorted,he couldn't do anything with it either and now the gun has been in LIMBO for a long time and im trying to get it back, though I doubt it will ever shoot properly.Worst money I ever spent and it cost me a fortune!!!!!! seeing as im in Australia
I"LL HELP YOU OUT ANY WAY I CAN,IVE HAD MINE APART NUMEROUS TIMES

Yes it was the small wire ring around the end, it bent up and got jammed in the cocking mechanism thus jamming it. I will take a photo of the part I have that fell out, and I did the same thing, except the part fell out before I even got the plastic housing off.
