Paintball remote line into a hammer valve
I was looking at my co2 tank remote line a few mins ago and the knob came off. As I was looking at it I got an idea of turning it into a hammer valve. It doesnt seem like it would be too difficult. Just file the threads smooth and add a spring. Might have to sleeve the shaft where the threads were so its a snug fit but still able to slide freely. Has anyone tried this?

Do you mean using the tank pin valve itself as a hammer valve?
You're not going to have a lot of flow so it would probably only be useful for small caliber applications.
