Great stuff!
The basic ones seem to be remarkably inexpensive and accessible these days, and I would think someone of your aptitude would find it useful for "lost wax" style casting.

3d printers are wildly useful for these projects. Obviously not all parts can be made from printable plastics, but I can't tell you how many times I've had to print a specialized mount so I could put an irregular object in my mill vice.
This is the current project. Internals are 304 stainless. 3d printed yellow bits, as well as printed spherical vortex block (until i can have one cnc'c eventually). Cylinder, plugs, and other portions built to withstand 5000psi.
Working on building an hpa compressor to put this through its paces.

There haven't been enough high pressure BBMGs made, looking forward to seeing this shred something

What i need next is to find is a precision 3d scanner. What i mean by that is i need to FIND one. Like laying on the ground. My wallet is already emaciated from these hobbies.
I found an app that does a 'fair' job of this, letting me take a scan of the frame of this gun, and turning that scan into a negative object to print the middle portion of this gun to support the plumbing and handle, as well as offer the picatinny for a sight down the line

Black Friday sales soon, got to be some deals on 3D printers. I got my Ender 3 1/2 price in a sale. Started with PLA, now printing stuff with PETG.
