That's rather vague. Arrows come in all different shaft sizes ,without bring specific he would not know which particular size to purchase.

14/16 aluminium arrows. Perfect fit: you need to push it in the shaft to make it enter.

Go buy a POS 10-pump BB gun, the ones with the solid .4" OD steel barrels, and tear the barrel out of it. They are perfect for DIY BB guns, and are very accurate.

get a hollow knitting needle and dremel the ends off my barrel is like .178 or 1.79 cal ID

That's the same thing as 1/4" brake-line rmich. :wink: They're both intended for hydraulic applications.

Break line is cheaper, but the ID finish blows, and its flimsy as hell. The next best (more accurate) thing would be the aluminum tubing from mcmaster, but make sure its the rigid tubing, not the annealed type (annealed is softer then shit, deforms and bends with the slightest pressure).

I do still say the 10-pump barrels are the best, though it is a tad bit more pricey than most other options. Meh...
