Hey! A fellow NZ'er. Where abouts are you situated?Im in Auckland.
Anyway ive had trouble finding decent barrels, the best ive used is a weed sprayer gun. You know the long straight metal tube it has to spray the weed.....well anyway those are Great! And they have threads on them and don't bend/dent easily.
P.S Aussie lost in the cricket for the first time in 650+ ODI matches by 10 wickets......to NZ! 8)

some reason i like the idea of one shot BB guns, sounds like they would be more accurate. but if you want a really easy type of magazine for full automatic, look at one of my topics. will shoot BBs at about the same power as yours with a very slow stream of air that builds up each shot because of the rubber tubing. good way to get thousands of shots from air tanks with good power
you sorta kicked the topic, but you added something worth while, so people probably wont yell at you.
i agree with the single shot thing, atleast of comercial air rifles. my veiw is that with every shot from a 12g co2 tank, the pressure goes down a tad. this will create variations in the acuracy.
nice bb gun also.
