I'm guessing a QEV but I really don't know much about them and would like to know where I can get one exactly like this one.

thats a half inch qev you can get them from here only $20 or a slightly bigger 3/4inch one for $21

ok somebody has to explain to me how I can make this gun. I am lost on the QEV thing haha.

I put the video full screen and took a look. Air line connects to the rear through a valve to limit flow, followed by a t with a blowgun to trigger the QEV which has the air chamber under the barrel. A hopper feed and barrel completes the cannon. It's not full auto. It is semi auto.
The funny looking barrel looks to be a piece of cryogenic evaporator, which is a tube in an aluminum heatsink.

Unlikely, looks more like the sort of extruded aluminium section used as a frame for display structures, this sort of stuff:

I agree jsr.
Bosh and ITEM are brands that come to mind.
In the past, I used a lot of the Bosh extrusions and accessories to create production robotic work cells for manufacturing.
Some of the extrusion profiles are designed to allow air distribution.
