2" aluminum outer tube, airsoft ak47 length barrel, 1 inch vortex block. shoots very high rps at 150 psi, and shoots far and hard. this will be one that I am planning on playing with at local airsoft events,

heres a quick video of it running on 70 psi

Finally put the finishing touches on the gun, still waiting for the regulator and hose however, heres some updated pics..

Nice, you going to add a handle or just leave the blow gun like it is.

I would look into using polymorph to mold a handle around the blowgun.

Good job, but you might want to turn it down if you'll be shooting at people at close range, remember the jackhammer effect ;)

Ive only heard of people finding it on ebay, but it might be worth looking at a hobby store

hmm 6 dollars for 100 grams of it, thats not that much.... how much would a typical grip/handle take?

Another option would be cutting up a cheap airsoft pistol and epoxying the grip in place

What's your vortex block made from, does it have shims, and a spring

aluminum, machined all the parts out of aluminum on my schools machine shop, every part except the fernco ends are aluminum, tube, block, end caps, and bb pusher. the bbs are pushed by a spring, not sure what you mean by shims though. it does have a shroud around it, it goes just over half of the way down the block

Shims and shrouds are the same thing thanks

yep, no problem. I actually have a spare block of aluminum for the vortex block and another shorter airsoft barrel, i was thinking about making a more compact version out of 1 inch tubing lol

If you live in the U.S., don't look for Polymorph (it's a UK brand). Look for Friendly Plastic, or order some ShapeLock online.

BTW, nice gun.
