Automatic Airsoft gun Design - First post :D

Well this is my first post guys so don't rape me or anything!!!
Last night I was trying to the of the simplest way to make a powerful, bolt action sniper for airsoft skirmishing but out of that came a very simple way of making a fully auto, mag fed, pneumatic gun. For prototyping im thinking of making a drinks bottle or a PVC HPA tank.
The pipe on the bottom of the gun acts as a resivour for the air to build up pressure in and the top pipe going nowhere is the air supply.
ANYWAY! Ill quit talking and you can have a look at the pics.
The gun Idle
The first stage of the gun firing
The last stage of the gun firing
...and them all together as a gif! (yes I know part of the pic moves but I'm too lazy to fix it)
Thanks for checking it out guys, please leave feedback and suggestions!
Edit:
New backend

At first it was only a semi auto design, and I was going to rape you
But now I can see how its a fully auto design, very good idea...

you need to make the rear part of the piston larger in diameter for this to work.....watch out jsr is going to hit you with a pile of his designs(hyper-linked of course) in order to bash you into submission and feed on your creative energy .
EDIT: woot 500 posts :wav:

If you mean because the whole piston will fly out of the front of the gun, i had considered that, i was thinking of the rear part could be attached to the spring directly... or would that not suffice (Bear in mind i have never made anything like this before, i userly do electronics)

I don't know if it will be able to cycle at full-auto, but it looks like a great design if you can get the moving seals to work. Have you seen Tech's QDV tutorial video on floating o-rings. What kinds of pressure do you plan on using? anything higher than 150psi I would go with a 3-way + QEV + Air cylinder, but POLAND_SPUD Will tell you that when he gets here

more of it won't move at all, there are equal areas on the front and back

Well, according to the drawing the rear piston is *slightly* larger than the front one. Wether(correct spelling
) that will be enough is questionable.

Here's techs QDV
Nice design though. As said, the back needs to be larger otherwise the forces will be balanced and the cycle will never really begin.
