How about
three barrels
Silly idea, don't do it.
BBMGs waste enough ammunition as it is with one barrel.

well... I think it would be neat to run a double vortex block. Not simultaneously, as it would be a HORRENDOUS waste of ammo... but rather, two main assemblies that run off of one trigger assembly. As soon as one chamber/barrel assembly is out of ammo... switch the three-way valve next to the trigger, rerouting air-flow to the second assembly.
In my head im seeing an AWESOME "hellboy" shotgun setup... over-under or side-by-side.
Additionally, it would be cool to see a bbmg assault rifle WITH grenade launcher (think AR-15 w/ 40mm launcher mounted under barrel)... where both could be operated via the same air supply. BONUS... theres a tutorial on how to make great water balloon ammo that was posted recently
Ideas abound... I think I just felt my bank account shrinking...

hmm.. not a bad idea Thorns. A double barrel cloud is a terrible idea.. you'll get no power and just waste a huge amount of air.

Back on
spudtech yeesh, reading through these threads makes me feel old! we had spoken of having two separate BB chambers. The vortex block would be housed in a relatively small chamber with say enough BBs for 3-5 seconds firing time. Above it you would have a much larger BB chamber, connected to the other one by a ball valve or something similar, and this would be used to reload the firing chamber.
Of course I think you should just chuck air and BBs in the same chamber and put a ball valve between chamber and barrel

Eh... the whole pressurized chamber/ball valve thing doesnt really do it for me. I just have to have my standard trigger setup, rifle grip, easy reloadability.... all that stuff.
Ball-valve model just seems to.... prototype.
