Cloud issues and questions

Hi guys, I am in the process of building a cloud. I recently replaced the pentube barrel with an airsoft barrel and now if it isn't level it won't shoot. I am thinking that if I flare the inside end of the barrel it will fix this but am not sure. I am also considering building a backpack air tank and regulating the pressure down. I was wondering if anybody has experience with any of the cal hawk regulators and if they work.
here is a picture of the cloud:

How far does the barrel protrude into the chamber? An internal diagram would help assess the problem.

That looks awesome. One of your problems may be a chamber thats too big, or not enough air flow. How much do you fill the chamber, and what pressure do you input into it? Also, may sound stupid with a cloud, but a light plunger may help, not a strong one, but one that just pushes the bb's closer to the barrel and does not block air flow.

I made a diagram and took some pictures of the front and all of the threaded adapters in the front and back are filled with hot glue to decrease the chamber volume, here they are.

How many BBS are you putting in it? how full is the chamber? I think that if it is not that full then the air stream is just going past the bbs without moving them, if that is the case then just try filling it a bit more or if you want to cheap out on bbs then put in some angled plates in the chamber so it funnels them into the airflow, otherwise I can't really see any problem with the amount the barrel is protruding as it is not much, but flaring it will probably help a bit.
Hope this helps

Ok thanks I am filling it about 3/4 of the way and it seems to be a bit better than it was, I put wire so the bbs won't go into the blowgun, I think this may have helped.

Try a plunger, I know it sounds stupid but it may help.

See the issue with adding a plunger is the pipe nipple protruding into the chamber from the blowgun shown here. Would angled plates help at all? I could maybe put a plunger in 1/2 of it, would moving the blowgun forward or backward help to?

I think the problem is simply overfilling. In a cloud, if the BBs don't have room to float around, they can't enter the barrel reliably.

Ok so I put less bbs in and see if that helps, thanks everybody.
edit:
The issue was definatly overloading what do you guys reccomend filling a cloud to? 50% seems to work well without jamming, any suggustions?
