My new toy has complications :(

Well i got this SWEET new spray gun, and i plan to turn it into a air-soft gun that resembles a paintball marker almost exactly. There is only a few problems.

1. I found out that the valve instead of being in the T pipe, is actually at the END of the silver piece. Which makes my life SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much harder. It make me cry :'(

2. To top things off, i cannot remove the silver piece because it seems superman himself twisted it in, and i have already bent the internal shaft that moves the valve.

It was SUCH a bummer when i realised where the valve was.

F*CK MY LIFE >:C

But when i get the thing removed i am gonna make my own valve, that will fit in the T piece so i can then have a hopper and barrel directly afterwards. It will be a spring forced piston that is pulled when i move the trigger, the basic airgun system anyway.

Spray Gun Specs:

Operating pressure: 40 bar / 600 psi [gun says 40 product sheet says 50]
Materials: High resistance plastic, stainless steel, brass, NBR gaskets
Weight: 500g
Fitting: Input - 22mm male [1/2 NPT], Output - 22mm female [1/2 NPT]

Don't whine like a teenage girl, clamp the stainless bit in a vice, unscrew it LIKE A BOSS, the end of the valve should have the same thread as the tee - fit it and shorten the valve stem.

Let me guess it was quite expensive, aye?

now you see that the valve itself isn't really that advanced
so you can either:
A) rebuild it
B) build your own

or

C) get a 3way spool valve off ebay (just make sure you got an indirect acting valve.... ohh and if possible get a universal valve)

EDIT
jsr already posted how to do option A

JSR, I think at one point there you said something about sucking su##### your own ####? : )
