Help on a little design.

This is more aesthetic help than mechanical. I am hopefully going to build a piston valve sniper, and I just needed some help as to what to make the sniper look like.
My question is, would it look better inside of a airsoft sniper body? Or should I buy an actual rifle stock?

Do you need a stock at all?
Something like the
BFG-50 is basically built around a tube and is, in my humble opinion, extremely sexy.

Perfect! Thanks jack! I could simply buy a bone yard M4 butt, use pvc as the barrel shroud, and make a bondo body. Nice!

Agreed!
But then...there IS this...which I find...more so...being as it runs on nitrogen at 6000psi. 8)

I agree with JSR here. I think that you should build around a tube. I also agree with JSR that the BFG(Does that mean Big F#king Gun?) is sexy.
Another suggestion would be to model it after a soviet PTRD.

Wow, it just looks like a wire frame model. But still, it looks good. I may try it. Right now I am working on a couple of different projects, but this is still on my to do list.

Surely it means "Biggest Finest Gun" like the Magnum Research did with their
"Big Frame Revolver"
They do do some very nice
muzzle engraving

That looks like it was made out of a punch of pipes because it was, good old Russian engineering

Indeed
Here is a good location for weapons images.
Nice one dewey, bet it make you a bit on the side

That's how Russian arms are. Simple, effective, and deadly.
